Elder Christopher Neal Davis, Pastor 

On December 5, 1999 Pastor Chris was given the charge to preach the gospel. He accepted the call and preached his first sermon titled, “Shut the Door: You’re Letting the Devil In” in January of 2000. It was evident at that time that he would be a bold preacher who would preach an uncompromising gospel. Since December 1999, Elder Davis has been faithful to New True Vine and began assisting with both the physical and spiritual building of the church. He stood through adversity and through his humbleness, obedience, and faithfulness was appointed as Interim Pastor of New True Vine in January 2005 and later appointed as Pastor on his birth date, December 25, 2006.

Pastor Chris believes that holiness is not denominational but is God’s standard of living because The Word says in I Peter 1:16, “…Be ye holy; for I am holy.” He believes that everyone should be a part of the solution and not a part of the problem.

Under his leadership, Pastor Chris has instituted the Angel Food Ministry to help stretch our grocery dollars and the GROW program, a program designed to win souls for the kingdom. He is passionate about the Word and wants to see saints grow up to be strong Christians.

Christopher Neal Davis was born in Gary, Indiana to the late Lois and Beatrice Davis. Pastor Chris and Sis. Davis have been married for over 20 years. They have four sons, one daughter and 2 granddaughters.
